Jefferson brings an impressive history of designing, implementing and supporting enterprise-wide network infrastructures to Mind Dragon, along with a track record of allowing businesses to significantly boost their revenue flow due to increased operating efficiency, while decreasing their expenditures.

As the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for the Ronco Corporation, Jefferson streamlined the company's overly complex technology infrastructure and related processes, helping the company save nearly $2 million annually in IT expenditures, while dramatically boosting monthly Web site revenue.

Additionally, by implementing a VoIP system, he increased the firm's call routing capabilities, decreased the cost per call, and established a higher customer satisfaction and conversion rate.

Before his tenure at Ronco, Jefferson served as the CIO for Internet Solution Group, Inc. By developing and implementing technology solutions for several key corporate clients, he enabled each business to generate substantial income growth while meaningfully reducing their costs.

Also, by deploying VoIP systems for numerous companies, he allowed each business to experience a considerable drop in overhead expenses, while improving overall customer satisfaction.

Jefferson began his career at Bowne Global Solutions. As a Senior Network Engineer, he demonstrated his knack for efficiency and cost reduction by implementing VPN and networked file systems while simplifying file-sharing processes, thus sharply reducing operating costs for the firm.

Roberto handles the daily operations of Mind Dragon, and engages his leadership skills to direct, inspire and guide staff members. Meanwhile, he leans on his engineering background to assist with various client projects. Roberto graduated with a master's degree in civil engineering.

As a pioneering member of Mind Dragon, Dom has been instrumental in the company's success by overseeing important projects such as A-One Limousine, Bet21.com, Bet21.net, Dr. Rudy Products, Dragon Blaster, Easy Riders, Metals Technology, Ultimate Blackjack Tour and Vtwin TV. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in computer science, and worked as a programmer for an IT firm before joining Mind Dragon.

Bernard Batalla
Project Manager

Bernard came to Mind Dragon after working three years as a programmer/analyst for a leading educational institution. As a key member of our company, he has developed several prominent client sites, including A-One Limousine, Dr. Rudy Products, Dragon Blaster, Eyology.com, Metals Tech and The Calling. Bernard received his bachelor's degree in computer science.

Jose Alexander Escobar
Director, Technology

From computer repair technician to systems and database administrator, Alex has worked in a diverse array of IT positions over the last decade, leading to his rich knowledge of computer network systems. He's utilized this expertise to help develop sites such as Jabbs Community, Kitchen Chef Knifes, Stock Hunt, Synkt, Thee Calling, Ultimate Blackjack Tour and Voice Vision USA. Alex graduated with a vocational diploma in 2001, and a bachelor's degree in 2008.
